Comfortable clean large rooms in central Tokyo. Our oasis within the chaos. A place to come home to after a big day of a
I liked the apartment style hotel. The size and design. I really liked the bathroom and separate toilet. I would like to make a special mention of chhetri at the front desk who was so friendly and kind. He remembered our room number and order for the Apple TV. He went above and beyond his duty to serve us.
The open air common area/stairwell just outside my room/lift area. It is very cold.

Excellent hotel co. Have stayed in multiple and have never disappointed. Excellent value for family.
Room was spacious Kitchen section offered more than needed Excellent location to Ueno train station Service was fantastic, staff remembered my request when this room was booked many many months before.

Good family stay in Ueno
It’s an apartment type so a bit spacious than normal hotel room in tokyo. They have small kitchen , apple tv, daily basic cleaning. Laundry and dryer available on the 1st floor , 100yen for 30mins. Location is walking distance to Ueno station Iriya Gate. But have to walk further up to JR lines or Ginza lines, in about 10mins. 7 eleven and family mart just few mins walk away. Its on a quiter side of ueno.
Room service not everyday. Basic cleaning on daily basis inclusive of changing of towel and clear the trash.
